Yes, a valid driver's license is required for motorcycles. You must present it along with your ID upon rental.

Yes, a deposit is required. This can be made by bank transfer (nationals only), credit card, PayPal, or any other digital means available to the company. Documents such as passports or personal belongings like cameras or cell phones are not accepted as deposits.

The deposit varies depending on the route taken and the rental period; the minimum deposit is $600,000 . The route must be communicated in advance as a condition of rental. The motorcycles are equipped with GPS, which allows them to be located in case of any dangerous situations.

The deposit refund varies, as it can be immediately upon delivery of the motorcycle (depending on the route and any special conditions agreed upon at the time of signing the contract) or up to 12 business days (working days, not calendar days) after receiving the motorcycle. This is because, unfortunately, in most cases, traffic violations in Colombia can take up to three weeks or more to be uploaded to the system.

The deposit refund is made using the same method and to the same account used to deposit the money, as an additional security measure for the transfer of funds. The process begins 12 business days after TTRENT TAGANGA receives the motorcycle in perfect condition and after reviewing any possible traffic violations. After this, it may take 4 to 15 business days for the money to appear in the customer's account due to ACH processes.
